*To figure out the yields of your fabric by yards:
-
Find the cut size (1st column and last column)
-
Find the width size (top vertical row)
-
Work your way across and down, until the numbers intersect.
Example:
You have a 1 inch cut and the width of the fabric is 50 inches.
Work your way across and down to the number that intersects with 50 inches width and a 1 inch cut.
A 1 inch cut size by 50 inches width gives you 44 yards.
Each yard of fabric yields approx. 44 yards.
