Super Rush Trims is led by Sulé Griffith, whose journey in trim manufacturing started from the ground up. He spent years working in a trim factory, learning every step of the process—from making deliveries to mastering the machines. Growing up with a seamstress mother, he developed an eye for detail and an appreciation for craftsmanship that still defines his work today.
"I grew up in Georgetown, Guyana.
There was a lot of discipline early on instilled from my parents to my siblings, and I. I don’t think it would’ve mattered what arena I ventured into, that discipline later became the backbone of how I approached work, family, and eventually entrepreneurship."
Sulé isn’t just here to sell trims—he’s here to make the process easy. He understands the challenges of production and works hands-on with every order to ensure a smooth experience. "Being from Guyana, you grow up seeing people make things last, repairing clothing, footwear, repurposing fabric, and not wasting much. Those things have carried over into how I run Super Rush. We try to minimize waste, use materials wisely, and always think about how our small input can create a big impact on sustainability overall. I’m big on community, creating jobs where possible, teaching the skills we need as there isn’t a “school” for this, and keeping quality production local so it doesn’t disappear."
